Hi! I’m Andrea!

It's a pleasure to have you here! Are you feeling overwhelmed and neglecting your well-being? I'm here to guide you on a transformative journey towards physical and emotional wellness.

As a mother of three remarkable, athletic young adults and the wife of my high school sweetheart for over 30 years, my life is full of activity and joy. My career in health and fitness spans three decades, yet my journey wasn't always smooth. I've navigated the challenges of infertility and the natural shifts of aging, understanding the complex issues women face regarding their bodies. My path involved persistent struggles with weight fluctuation and fitness routines until I discovered the nutritional balance and exercise regimen that resonated with me. I'm committed to helping you uncover the lifestyle that best suits you, recognizing that maintaining healthy habits can be daunting. I empower women in their 40s and 50s to navigate menopausal and metabolic challenges through tailored nutrition, fitness, and lifestyle coaching.


My wellness adventure began just before marrying when I started leading group fitness classes, and I instantly became passionate about it. However, adapting my diet was essential as I aged, leading me to embrace cooking wholesome meals. My dedication to enhancing lives propelled me to become certified by the American Council on Exercise (ACE) as a Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer. Eager to deepen my impact, I obtained ACE certifications as a Health Coach, Nutrition Specialist, and Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. I'm also a Registered 200-hour Yoga Teacher with The Yoga Alliance.


With a background in fashion, I've blended my love for style and beauty with my fitness expertise, crafting an engaging, health-focused lifestyle brand tailored for women. My comprehensive approach equips me to support your fitness and wellness aspirations.


When I’m not guiding my clients, I balance my roles as a loving mom of three and a devoted wife. I find joy in the simple pleasures of life: cherishing moments with my adorable rescue dog, exploring new places, basking in the sun at the beach, and savoring a delightful glass of champagne.
